Welcome to Lake Norman Dermatology, Your Dermatologist in Mooresville, NC

We are located at Leaning Oak Drive in Mooresville just next to the Lowe's YMCA in North Carolina. Founded by Joel Sugarman, MD in 2005,  we have proudly served the entire Lake Norman area including Mooresville, Huntersville, Davidson, Cornelius, Denver and the rest of the surrounding area for over fifteen years. Our mission is to provide the most exceptional dermatologic care in the area. Our central focus is the surveillance and management of cancerous and precancerous skin diseases. We also specialize in most non-cancerous medical disease problems. We share our building with Dermatologic Surgery of the Carolinas who specialize in Mohs Micrographic Surgery.  We strive to be disciplinary leaders of advanced medical care.  Lake Norman Dermatology is not a medical spa;  we do not sell cosmeceuticals; we do not market cosmetic products or services.

At Lake Norman Dermatology, we believe that a doctor and patient become a team for treating an individual's dermatology needs. Our providers spend most of their time listening to understand your concerns and responding with the best treatment options for you. With the help of our professional staff, they also follow up to make sure that your dermatologic needs are met and that your visit with us leaves you informed and healthy.
