Thank you for visiting Lake Norman Dermatology, we are currently seeing patients during our regular business hours however we are making the following changes to our operating protocols to minimize any potential facilitation of viral spread.

1. If patients feel unwell we are asking you to postpone your appointment for two weeks.  This includes elevated temperature, not feeling 100%, or if you having been exposed to someone who may be infected with coronavirus.
2. Once you check in, if you are not comfortable waiting in the waiting room,  you may wait in your car for a phone call from our clinic.  Please let the receptionist know you will be in your car, and check that we have the correct cell phone number to call you when ready.  You will be taken directly to your exam room once you come in.  This will minimize the congregation and interaction of persons in the waiting room. 
3. We are also asking people to download and complete forms prior to arrival to minimize wait times given the procedural changes that are in effect. Additionally, emailing or faxing information prior to arrival will minimize wait times and reduce congestion.
